Legislative Management System keeps ordinances, resolutions and council records in one place, so they can be written up, tracked and found again quickly. We built it for local government units, and it moves the council's paper-based work online so each document can be followed from draft to approval.
It has modules for the Dashboard, Draft Resolution, Notifications, Announcements, Messages, Calendar of Events, Tracker, Schedule of Sessions and Preferences, which council members and staff use to handle legislative work. Documents are indexed automatically, versions are kept, and permissions limit who can see what. This cuts down on manual errors, and every document can be traced and is ready for audit.
Messages, schedules and resolution tracking are all on one screen, and every department works from the same records. Whether someone is drafting a resolution, checking what came out of a session or posting an official announcement, the action is logged and can be looked up later.
Council staff can see what was filed, who handled it and where it stands.
