Asset & Inventory Management System

Keeps track of equipment, property and consumables, from the day they are received until they are disposed of.

Asset Inventory Dashboard Interface

Asset and Inventory Management System keeps one record of the equipment, property and consumables across all departments. It follows each item from acquisition and inspection to assignment, transfer and disposal.

Its modules are Dashboard, I.A.R., Properties, Supplier, People, Settings, Reports and Logs. The dashboard shows the current inventory status, and items are classified as SPLV, SPHV, PAR or Consumables so they can be tracked and reported by type.

Suppliers are kept in a directory with their contact details and transaction history. Access depends on the user's role, and the logs record every action, whether it is an inspection, a change to a property record or a compliance report.

Colleges and other organizations use it to cut manual work and to know where each asset is and which transactions were recorded for it.
